“2 men and a ladder” contractors

Not just a “Couple of Guys with a Ladder”
Some contractors are what we like to call “2 men and a ladder”.
These contractors are basically a small time operation working from job to job for a paycheck.
We all know of some contractors like this; for example, you may come to realize that you need a new roof and remember that your brother-in-law’s buddy’s neighbor Bob has a truck and some ladders and does some roofing.
You decide to give him a call and see what happens.
Honestly, many times there is nothing wrong with a small time contractor like this. He may start and finish your job on time with no future warranty issues.
However, when you hire this type of contractor you are always taking a risk that he can’t live up to his obligation once the contract is signed.
We have all heard the horror stories of a contractor who takes your down payment money and spends it on a cruise, or starts the job and doesn't finish it, or does a bad job and won’t come back and fix the problems, or creates a problem that you won’t discover for several years when he is long out of the business and nowhere to be found.

Eliminate the Worry and Hassle
When you decide to contract with Bahry & Associates, you are avoiding all of these worries and hassles.
You will also be doing business with a contractor who provides a wide variety of services.
This eliminates the headache of every time you need a new service performed on your home of having to find a new “2 men and a ladder” contractor that does that particular service.
Let’s say your brother-in-law’s buddy’s neighbor Bob did a great job on your roof.
Well, you shouldn't need another roof for 20 or 30 years at least, so what happens when you want to add a new vinyl deck on your porch?
…it’s back to asking around to see who knows a “deck guy”, and hoping everything goes well.
